The Austin Elliot Consultancy Skills course is a CMI Level 5 in Professional Consulting qualification designed for those aspiring to become Professional Consultants and those already in the profession.

Course Overview

It provides the practical tools, techniques and structure to become an effective Consultant along with a strong emphasis on developing the right mindset and personal skills to become a trusted advisor to future clients.

 

The course operates at the CMI 5 certificate level of award to provide a more extensive qualification, giving a broader knowledge of the role of a Professional Consultant while focusing on practical consultancy skills and specific consulting subjects appropriate to the role.
